PZL RWD-8 DWL
The RWD 8 was a Polish parasol monoplane trainer aircraft produced by RWD. It was designed by the RWD team of Stanisław Rogalski, Stanisław Wigura and Jerzy Drzewiecki. The first prototype was flown in early 1932. Up to 1939 a total of 500 airplanes were built. The presented scale model kit was built somewhere in the late 70's. All 12 components were molded in dark green plastic. There is no mention of the scale used but calculating from the 8 meter fuselage of the real aircraft it will result a scale of 1:177. The pictured model is missing the propeller.
